A literary talk by U Kyaw Zaw Oo focusing on Arakanese rights and citizens’ responsibilities. The talk was conducted late April of 2012 at the town hall of Gwa, the southern most town of Rakhine state. The talk was made in Myanmar (Burmese) language.
