Around 11 a.m. yesterday on March 22nd 2020, nearly the whole human settlement of Tinma village in Kyauktaw township (of northern Rakhine state) was reported to have been burnt down to earth. The fire left about 4000 villagers (of 700 households) homeless.

There was no fighting between two hostile parties at the time when the fire started. Some gunshots were heard, the villagers instantly left the village, and soon it was on fire.

This obviously intentional arson has also made the villagers run-away IDPs.

၂၀၂၀ မတ္​လ (၂၂) ရက္​ ယမန္​​ေန႔ နံနက္​ (၁၁) နာရီ​ေလာက္​မွာ ရခိုင္​ျပည္​နယ္​​ေျမာက္​ပိုင္​း ​ေက်ာက္​​ေတာ္​ၿမိဳ႕နယ္​ တင္​းမ​ေက်း႐ြာတစ္​႐ြာလံုးနီးပါး မီးရိႈ႕ျပာခ်ခံရတယ္​ လို႔ ၾကားသိရပါတယ္​။ အိမ္​​ေျခ (၇၀၀) ​ေလာက္​ရွိတဲ့ တင္​းမ​ေက်း႐ြာရဲ႕ ႐ြာသား​(၄၀၀၀) မ်ွ အိုးမဲ့ အိမ္​မဲ့ ျဖစ္​သြားမွာျဖစ္​ပါတယ္​။

မီး​ေလာင္​တဲ့ အခ်ိန္​မွာ တိုက္​ပြဲျဖစ္​ပြား​ေနျခင္​း မရွိခဲ့ပါဘူး။ ​ေသနတ္​သံ​ေတြ ၾကားရတယ္​၊ ႐ြာသား​ေတြက ႐ြာက​ေန ခ်က္​ခ်င္​းစြန္​႔ခြာတယ္​၊ ၿပီးတာနဲ႔ ႐ြာမီး​ေလာင္​​ေနတာကို ​ေတြ႕ရ​ေတာ့တာပဲ ျဖစ္​တယ္​။

ဒီ သိသာ​ေပၚလြင္​တဲ့ မီးရိႈ႕မႈျဖစ္​စဥ္​ဟာ တင္​းမ႐ြာသား​ေတြကို ထြက္​​ေျပး​ေနရတဲ့ စစ္​​ေဘး​ေရွာင္​ ​ေနရပ္​စြန္​႔ခြာသူ​ေတြ ျဖစ္​သြား​ေစခဲ့တယ္​။

မီးရှို့ခံရသော တင်းမကျေးရွာ

၂၀၂၀ မတ်လ (၂၂) ရက် ယမန်နေ့ နံနက် (၁၁) နာရီလောက်မှာ ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်မြောက်ပိုင်း ကျောက်တော်မြို့နယ် တင်းမကျေးရွာတစ်ရွာလုံးနီးပါး မီးရှို့ပြာချခံရတယ် လို့ ကြားသိရပါတယ်။ အိမ်ခြေ (၇၀၀) လောက်ရှိတဲ့ တင်းမကျေးရွာရဲ့ ရွာသား(၄၀၀၀) မျှ အိုးမဲ့ အိမ်မဲ့ ဖြစ်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

မီးလောင်တဲ့ အချိန်မှာ တိုက်ပွဲဖြစ်ပွားနေခြင်း မရှိခဲ့ပါဘူး။ သေနတ်သံတွေ ကြားရတယ်၊ ရွာသားတွေက ရွာကနေ ချက်ချင်းစွန့်ခွာတယ်၊ ပြီးတာနဲ့ ရွာမီးလောင်နေတာကို တွေ့ရတော့တာပဲ ဖြစ်တယ်။

ဒီ သိသာပေါ်လွင်တဲ့ မီးရှို့မှုဖြစ်စဉ်ဟာ တင်းမရွာသားတွေကို ထွက်ပြေးနေရတဲ့ စစ်ဘေးရှောင် နေရပ်စွန့်ခွာသူတွေ ဖြစ်သွားစေခဲ့တယ်။
